We endeavour to ensure our product photos and product descriptions are as accurate as possible. However, if you think we’ve got it wrong, please let us know but contacting us through our contact us form and letting us know what you think we need to change.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
For peace of mind, and to ensure you receive your items in the condition in which they were sent, all of our items are posted using either Royal Mail tracked services or Hermes delivery service.
We aim to post your order within 2 working days but if there is any delay to your order we will contact you and inform you of this change,. During peak times dispatch may take slightly longer but again we will make you aware of this.
All of our items are quality checked before they leave us, they are handpicked, hand wrapped and sent to you in secure, appropriate packaging.
RETURNS
We truly hope that you are pleased with your order but if for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us directly via our contact form so we can offer you a refund or exchange.
If you decide to return the whole or part of your order, you must do so within 30 days of purchase. Any items returned must be unused, unopened and in the condition in which you received them. All of our stock is quality checked and hand wrapped before we ship it to you. If requesting a return, please ensure you quote your order number and we'll be able to give you our return address. We do not offer refunds for original delivery costs or return postage, we also recommend you return your parcel tracked and retain proof of purchase. We are not responsible or liable for items that go astray when returning them and returned items should arrive back to us in their original condition i.e. the condition in which we sent them to you. Items that have been damaged in transit due to inappropriate packaging or inappropriate methods of shipping will not be refunded or replaced,

Please note that we do not currently ship internationally.

From time to time we run promotions which are only available to our subscribers. If you would like to subscribe to our mailing list, you will be prompted to do so when you initially visit our website.

We know how some companies like to bombard their subscribers with emails but we prefer to only contact you when we have something you might like to know about such as, but not excluded to - promotional codes or offers, information about our latest collections, collection sneak peaks, updates about our TTTS Appeal fundraising or other information relevant to your interest in our small shop. However, if you decide our mailing list is not for you, you can simply opt out at any time. by either clicking the ‘unsubscribe link’ at the bottom of the last email you received from us or contacting us via our ‘contact us’ form and telling us you wish to unsubscribe. Please note we will never knowingly share your information with a third party, we respect your privacy and appreciate you sharing your information with us so we keep it that way.
